Description

Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes characterize this white. A subsequent cold static decantation follows. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C. The color is a classic straw yellow, the scent opens with a bouquet rich in floral scents and fresh fruit. On the palate it is soft with a harmonious flavor.
