Description

The grapes are harvested by hand, placed in boxes and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Maceration takes place at a temperature no higher than 26 ° C over 8-10 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in steel for a variable period. The fruity flavor of this wine brings us back to red fruits with aromas of currant but also cherries and plums. The aftertaste leaves the taste and scent of licorice on the palate. The color of the primitivo is intense ruby red almost tending to purple, the alcohol content is high and never below 14 °, despite this it is always drinkable, soft, well structured, full-bodied and decisive.
Ideal in combination with roasted meats and fresh cheeses.
